Brian Schulman, Residential Marketing Manager, graduated from Stevens Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Engineering degree. After working in various marketing positions with a major petroleum company, Brian went on his own to pursue a lifelong passion to find, restore and rehabilitate historic houses.

In the 1980s Brian personally restored and rehabilitated approximately twenty-five Lancaster County homes, including saving two condemned historic houses that would have been slated for demolition.

As he purchased, managed and marketed these properties, Brian met a number of local real estate agents in those days, and many of them seemed more interested in getting a listing than they were in understanding the needs of the seller or learning about the properties themselves.

As Brian became more proficient at educating others about the character and history of the homes, it became evident that he might do a better job of listening to clients and describing the uniqueness of these homes than some of the purported professionals, and perhaps it was time to get his own real estate license and offer a higher level of empathy, counseling and representation to Lancaster County homesellers and buyers.

In 1983 Brian successfully obtained his Pennsylvania real estate license and has continuously added professional designations and education to his resume. From first-time homesellers to first-time buyers to the many clients who have since become long-time friends, Brian Schulman is a trusted source of unbiased advice and an effective high-tech marketing expert.

Brian loves classic cars, cats, music and humor, is a member of the Lancaster County Association of Realtors® Bylaws Committee, and serves as President of Caring Singles.
